Thanks to Christine Noble Seller for making us aware of this. If you are free on Easter Monday evening (Earth Day!) and want to make a difference, please give your time to participate in meaningful prayer for Mother Earth. Wynter is aiming to join the call from Wilderness in the Garden Route😀🌅🙏Friends!!!!
Monday 22nd April is Easter Monday. It's also Earth Day and you're invited to gather for a short time of prayer and sharing, offering energy of love and healing to our endlessly generous Mother Earth.
When: Monday 22nd April 2019, 7pm - 8.30pm BST
Where: Zoom. Link to join at the bottom of this post.
Cost: Free for all!
What: We'll gather together live on Zoom. We'll begin with five minutes in silence. We'll follow that with forty five minutes of sharing from anyone who would like to about events, situations, or places you'd like us to hold in prayer.
Is there a species of animal you love so much at risk of extinction? Tell us about it and we'll hold it in prayer. 'Protect Our Species' is actually the focus of Earth Day 2019. Has there been some environmental emergency near you lately? Tell us about it and we'll hold it in prayer. Is there simply a place of beauty you visit often and appreciate deeply? Tell us about it and we'll hold its continued protection in prayer. What is your heart aching over? Tell us about it and we'll hold it in prayer.
After the sharing, we'll join together in twenty minutes of silent prayer, holding the shared stories in each of our hearts and directing our intentions of love and healing out into the world.
If, like me, you've spent most of your life totally disconnected from anything resembling prayer, fear not! This gathering is simply about coming together with a collective intention of offering our healing and loving energy out into the world. Can we do this alone? Yes, we can. Is Earth Day an amazing opportunity to amplify our energy and join as brothers and sisters for the good of all? Yes, it is!
You do not need any special knowledge and there's no need to share if you prefer to simply listen and be in the space together with others.
Come one, come all. For the love of this beautiful, abundant planet, let's gather in an energy of togetherness. There is action to take out in the world, yes. And, directing our inner energy is highly important (and effective), too.
I truly hope you'll join me.
Love, love, love, always,

We still have a ways to go before we hit our target - help us reach it by donating using the link in our bio 🌈

What a wonderful event on Saturday. Thanks to all who attended and participated in the emotional and moving experience. Here are some photos of our two hosts - Chief Stephen in mid-ceremony and Wynter doing what she does best. 🙏😃🌅 There was so much interest and good feedback that they are inspired to hold future events soon which will educate more about the Khoi ceremonies and traditions and we'll hike to different sacred sites on the peninsula. ... What a wonderful evening last night for the first of a series of Montrose House events in Noordhoek.
Chief Stephen gave a talk about the history of the Khoi and it's relevance to our locality. Well attended with over 20 guests donating, we look forward to him leading our hike to the Ascension Cave tomorrow, and afterwards to the ancient burial site, Skildegat, (Peers Cave) to lead us in ceremony and teach more about the use of plants and herbs.
