Blessing for the Baboons

Please join Wynter Worsthorne and Chief Stephen Fritz of the South Peninsula Khoi Council for this important event.

Baboons in South Africa are under threat and are being aggressively managed by the authorities, with their lethal protocols.

We are gathering together for a meditation to support a positive way forward for baboons. Chief Stephen will be holding a traditional Khoi blessing ceremony.

Now is the time for change and transition. People and organisations who work hard for the welfare of these baboons are tirelessly advocating for this change. We are starting to see a shift in the right direction, so please help support the baboons and the people who love them with your HEART Energy.

The ceremony was held on the 20th October 2020, in Kommetjie at the base of Slangkop Mountain, the home of Kataza’s family.
